A Unique Approach
Curated develops highly differentiated residential, mixed-use, hospitality and retail projects in prime city centre locations.
Curated targets development projects with considerable upside potential, to which we can add significant value. We primarily focus on ground up developments, alongside select value-add projects.
We target developments that range between 5,000 – 35,000 square meters of GFA or projects that will achieve a +25% planning gain. We prioritise the development of strategically located residential condominiums and complex mixed-use projects. We undertake select hospitality developments as part of a broader development mix. In parallel we grow a prime retail portfolio via opportunistic acquisitions, underpinned by a perpetual fund structure. We cultivate brand partnerships and engage niche operators to advance our strategic objectives and drive real estate values.
