The Al Zorah Golf Course project is a development by Solidere International and Al Zorah Company Limited, in partnership with the Government of Ajman.
Visionnaire was engaged by Solidere International to undertake a preliminary feasibility study and masterplanning assessment for the residential component of the flagship golf course development.
Our development team undertook programme analysis, concept development, and options appraisal to test different development scenarios. Tow of these were further developed into conceptual masterplans which tested different approaches to development density, product definition and parcellation. The Al Zorah Golf Course is now complete, and the first phase of residential development is under construction.
