Founder

Layth is a Cornell University trained architect and Harvard University educated real estate development expert.

Layth is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Curated. He is based in London, and has 15+ years of experience in strategic advisory, property development and project management across the EMEA Region. Layth is an expert in the management of cross-functional teams and high-profile developments (£280M+), whilst leveraging his expertise in deal origination (£1.32B total), product definition and regulatory negotiation to drive revenue growth and asset value. He has successfully directed 14 major land and real estate development projects (6.28M sqm) in five countries.

Prior to founding Curated, Layth served as Director of Visionnaire Development Consulting (London), Director of Real Estate at Solidere International (Dubai) and Development Manager at Vornado Realty Trust (New York).
