The Al Zorah Resorts project is a development by Solidere International and Al Zorah Company Limited, in partnership with the Government of Ajman.
Visionnaire collaborated with Solidere International on the definition of the repositioning and development strategy for Al Zorah. Visionnaire was appointed to translate the tenets of the development strategy into a new master plan, with particular focus on the first phase of the project.
The new masterplan prepared by Visionnaire preserves the mangroves as a natural reserve, and proposes a flexible system of linear development for the four districts which surround it. The award winning master plan (Best Mixed Use Development at the International Property Awards 2015) has been adopted by Al Zorah and the first phase infrastructure works is complete. The first resort, the Al Zorah Oberoi, opened in April 2017.
