Visionnaire was retained by a leading property developer to assess the development potential of a prominent 1.9 square km site in Beykoz on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
Visionnaire undertook a preliminary feasibility study for the project which included site assessment, strategic planning, market analysis, zoning analysis, positioning appraisal, programming and concept definition.
Visionnaire defined the development vision and commercial strategy for the development; a project which would leverage the natural assets of the site towards realising a highly sustainable low-density residential gated community, and prepared the corresponding detailed masterplan.
