The Broadway Mall is a 1.1M sqft regional shopping centre in Long Island. Broadway is strategically positioned at the intersection of the I-495 LIE, Northern and Southern State Parkways and generates over $300M in annual sales

Macy’s, Target and IKEA’s first US flagship anchor the Broadway Mall. National retailers including H&M, Bath & Body Works, Hollister, The Disney Store and American Eagle Outfitters bolster the offering.

The Broadway Mall was built in 1956 and acquired by Vornado Realty Trust in 2005. Layth was the appointed Asset Manager charged with delivering a targeted renovation and leasing programme. The asset was sold to KKR for $94M and generated $92M in net proceeds.
