Visionnaire was engaged by a private client to define a development strategy and prepare the corresponding urban design for a prime waterfront site along the Mediterranean coast.
Visionnaire's strategy proposed the development of an 'urban village' composed of luxury pied a terre apartments which target buyers residing in Europe's financial capitals. Our proposal envisioned the creation of a new, dynamic waterfront neighbourhood facing the Mediterranean.
Visionnaire's approach leveraged the urban characteristics of the Mediterranean city whilst proposing a modern 'smart community' which caters to the target urbane clientelle.
