Visionnaire was retained by a leading developer in the UAE to define a development concept and complete first stage feasibility assessment for an ambitious waterfront attraction.
Visionnaire undertook benchmark analyses of comparable attractions in the UAE, defined a clear differentiations strategy, and outlined a development premise and corresponding programme. Our urban design team translated the strategic intent into a cutting edge proposal for a floating 'eco pavilion'.
Visionnaire proposed the development of a floating family oriented 'edutainment' pavilion, reachable by boat from the quayside.
