Visionnaire was engaged by an international real estate consortium to assess the redevelopment potential of a prime waterfront site in Istanbul, as part of a broader due diligence undertaking ahead of the issuance of a tender by the Turkish Government.
Visionnaire was the appointed development consultant advising the consortium on strategic planning, market analysis, zoning analysis, programme definition and option appraisal for the site.
The development strategy and corresponding masterplan prepared by Visionnaire focused on unlocking the potential of this site by proposing a new and dynamic tourism, leisure, cultural and entertainment quarter.
