Green Acres Mall is a 2M sqft superregional mall in Long Island, located at the intersection of ‘The Five Towns’, one of New York’s wealthiest suburban communities. Green Acres attracts 15M visitors per annum and generates $625 in sales per square foot.

Retail giants Sears, Century 21, JC Penney, Macy’s and Walmart, anchor the development. Junior anchors at Green Acres include Pandorda, PINK, Victoria’s Secret, Burlington and Zales.

Green Acres was built in 1956, and renovated by Vornado Realty Trust in 2006 / 2007. Layth was part of the retail development team tasked with delivering the repositioning programme. The asset was successfully sold to Macerich for $500M with $185M in net proceeds.
