Visionnaire was commissioned by an international developer to manage a market research and prospecting programme in Istanbul. Following the selection of a site for a prospective acquisition in the Levent Business District, our real estate team managed the due diligence process and completed a detailed feasibility study.
Visionnaire analysed the physical and regulatory parameters governing the site. Our team undertook options analysis, identified the best and highest use, and defined the corresponding development and differentiation strategy.
The approach was validated through detailed massing and floor plate analyses, which culminated in an implementable development vision.
