Madinati Lifestyle Centre is a forward looking retail, leisure and entertainment development concept created by Visionnaire for a leading Saudi Arabian property company.
In response to our client's brief for this project, we undertook detailed strategic market and competition analyses. We synthesised our conclusions into a competitive development and positioning strategy for a new lifestyle centre concept. The strategy was aligned with our client's overarching objective of pursuing value added property investments in the GCC.
Our Urban Development Team translated the tenets of the strategy into a concept design for the first 'Madinati' development on a site under ownership by our client.
