Visionnaire was engaged by a leading UAE real estate development company to define a strategy and prepare the corresponding urban design proposal for a luxury marina development.
Visionnaire's development strategy proposed a yachting marina defined by a series of mid rise towers nestled in a sequence of gardens. The strategy proposed the quayside be developed as an upmarket retail, dining and lifestyle destination.
The development strategy put forward a highly differentiated product, whilst providing opportunities for real estate development and land sales to third party investors.
