Micro Shoreditch is a research and development project spearheaded by Layth that focused on how Millenials will likely shape the future of urban living and what impact they may have on development as they matriculate into the London market.
The research focused on the socio-economic values that drive Millenials in London. Visionnaire’s urban development team created typologies to meet the needs, preferences and drivers of ‘Generation Rent’.
Visionnaire developed a modular system of studio and one bedroom ‘Micro-Apartments’ tailored to the needs of Millenials. The modular apartments were agglomerated within a dynamic mixed-use development in Shoreditch.
