New Waterfront District

The Beirut New Waterfront District is a 73 hectare site under development by Solidere s.a.l., the company responsible for the reconstruction of Beirut City Centre.
Once complete, development in the district will aggregate 1.7M sqm of NIA, with a limited number of high rise buildings. In compliance with the approved masterplan, Visionnaire undertook detailed urban design studies in preparation for the launch of development within the District.
Our urban development team defined the development guidelines, area and programme allocations, and translated these into detailed Development Briefs which have underpinned Solidere's successful land sales and development programme to date.
