Visionnaire was appointed by an international real estate development company in Saudi Arabia to provide design management services ahead of the prospective acquisition of a prime parcel within the 'High Rise Development Zone' in Riyadh.
Visionnaire managed the appointment, design and review process for the feasibility study that assessed the potential for realising a 190,000 sqm mixed-use development comprised of three towers.
Visionnaire worked in close collaboration with the client appointed architectural practice of Nabil Gholam throughout the assessment study and subsequent concept design phase.
