478-487 Broadway is a landmark mixed-use development in the fashionable SoHo District of New York City undertaken by Layth for Vornado Realty Trust, one of the largest owners and managers of commercial real estate in the United States.
The development is anchored by the first US 48,000 sqft flagship store for mega-hot British retailer TopShop. J.Crew and Madewell complete the stellar collection of retailers to lease space in the signature project.
