Visionnaire was retained by a developed based in Saudi Arabia to assess the development potential of a 270,000 sqm plot of plans in Riyadh ahead of a prospective acquisition.
Visionnaire was the appointed urban development consultant tasked wit the site assessment, zoning analysis, programme analysis, product definition and options appraisal. Our team defined the best and highest use and optimal programme mix for 187,000 sqm of GFA.
Visionnaire transalted the tenets of the resultant development strategy into a conceptual masterplan and prepared a parametric model which was used to underpin the valuation.
