Westown is a new planned community strategically located west of Cairo's City Centre under development by SODIC in partnership with Solidere International.
Visionnaire was engaged by Solidere International to complete a feasibility study for the development of a 120,000 sqm (GLA) lifestyle and outlet centre as part of the first phase of the project.
Visionnaire undertook zoning analysis, programme analysis, concept development, space planning and options appraisal for the project. As an integral part of the feasibility study our urban development team prepared a concept design, to test and refine the development premise and leasing strategy.
