Westown is a new urban development west of Cairo's City centre undertaken by SODIC, in partnership with Solidere International.

Visionnaire was engaged to provide project and design management services for the 120,000 sqm (GLA) Westown Mall, a superregional shopping centre to be realised during the first phase of the development.

For this project Visionnaire's team prepared the Development Briefs and Bid Packages, managed the RFP and Bid Levelling processes, facilitated the appointment of design and technical consultans, and managed the design development process. Visionnaire collaborated closely with Callison, the architecture firm appointed to this project.
